1.1 This is the Privacy Policy of Salt and Light Creations (hereinafter referred to as ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ as required by the context). This includes branding and corporate identity, web design and development, video production, 2D and 3D animation, social media marketing, paid advertising, search engine optimisation, marketing automation and chatbots, email marketing, marketing strategy, marketing coaching, brand and SEO audits, and our proprietary software products Crossflow (an all-in-one CRM and project platform) and Poetry by Crossflow (proposal software for agencies and freelancers). All such products and applications are owned and operated by Salt and Light Creations (Pty) Ltd and are governed by this Privacy Policy;
2.1.2 ‘Personal Information’ means data about a living individual (you) who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession), such as your name, contact details, your company details and service history. It may also contain information about your browsing habits on our website;
